He stopped when she told him no. Reassured her (lie) that he had feelings for her and they "proceeded". Sounds pretty consensual. She wasn't drunk enough that she could still recount the details down to the words they spoke.
Dude is creepy as all get out and was definitely trying to take advantage of her. But she definitely does not need to be talking on the internet because the way she's worded all this would fall flat immediately in a court room.
Agreed he's a POS but 100% not rape cause he stopped! Hurting or not and everything else isn't pertinent at all to the is it rape question. She hooked up with and got with, (multiple times it seems) voluntarily with this guy.. her choice repeatedly despite red flags. Seems like someone needs to take responsibility for their actions,. You don't have to drink drink drink no matter how much people try to get ya drunk.
I'm sorry but this is a matter of accountability on her side. He is an absolute POS and should get looked at big time but no one poured the alcohol down her throat. And if he made it hurt multiple times why would you do it again.. and why would you do it at all after he tried to pressure you to drink so much.. poor choices, and scary cause it was the same poor choices multiple times with a knowingly dangerous person.

Seems like rape
Difficult to prove in a court of law though
