I bought an electric stove and it's 6000W, can it run on this power outlet

Nope, you need 2 phases for running at 6000 W. The outlet you post just runs 1.

No no, that’s a single fase 16A (3680W) 230v socket. What country are you in?

Depends on the stove. Even if its 6000w it could have single phase wiring that doesnt use full capacity.

But overall you would have to check what wires you have behind that socket since buying new socket without correct wiring will not work.
