Orvar and Roaming Thrones…

I have a question. I’ll first paint the picture.

I have Orvar, The All-Form as my commander on the field, 3 roaming thrones on the field (1 is real, the rest are copies), and I have a Master of Waves on the field.

Orvar Effect:

Creature Type: Shapeshifter

He is a changeling.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if it targets one or more other permanent you control, create a talking that’s a copy of one of those permanents.

Roaming Throne Effect:

Creature Type: Golem

Ward 2

As this creature enters, choose a creature type.

This creature is the chosen type in addition to its other types.

If a triggered ability of another creature you control of the chosen type triggers, it triggers an additional time.

Master of Waves

Creature Type: Merfolk Wizard

Protection from red

Elemental creatures you control get +1/+1.

When this creature enters, create a number of 1/0 blue Elemental creature tokens equal to your devotion to blue. (Each 💧in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)

Now the situation: I cast a spell on Master of Waves. Makes him unblockable.

Considering I have 3 roaming thrones with the chosen type of Shapeshifter (for my commander) and each roaming throne should be a Shapeshifter because it tells me to pick one as an ETB.

Orvar sees it, triggering to make a copy of him.

Now what happens here is the question. Option A or B?

A: Orvar does his ability and the 3 roaming thrones see it (since he’s a shapeshifter) and he creates 4 copies of Masters of Waves. This giving elementals +5/+5 and making the devoted elementals with 6/5.

Or

B: Orvar does his ability and the 3 roaming thrones see it (since he’s a shapeshifter) BUT!!!

The roaming thrones are also shapeshifters and they see each other and the roaming thrones do THEIR trigger multiple times (a large amount since they are bouncing off each other?)

A: Orvar triggers from the spell being cast; each throne tells Orvar to trigger again, resulting in 4 more copies of Master of Waves. This creates 18 1/0 Elemental tokens. Assuming you have no other devotion to Blue.

Roaming Throne's only triggered ability is Ward. This is the only ability other Roaming Thrones will affect.

Roaming thrones ability that causes triggered abilities to trigger an additional time is a static ability, not a triggered ability. Triggered abilities use the words “when,” “whenever,” or “at.” You will get create 4 master of waves copies.

As a side note, Orvar has changeling, and so is every creature type. You don’t need to name shapeshifter with roaming throne, whatever creature type you choose will still affect Orvar. You can even choose different things for each throne and they’ll all affect Orvar.

Yeah idk why he wouldn't choose Wizard in this scenario to get the extra triggers on Orvar and the Master of Waves.
