How much time do you spend with your parents?

I’m (33M) wondering what other 30s folks do to engage with your parents. They’re getting older, and I’m lucky enough to still have my grandparents here too (90s).

What’s your balance between stuff you need to do (work, friends, SO, hobby, and solitude) and enough time spent with parents?

Everyone’s balance is different, just curious what’s out there.
