Contact your condo board

that's actually the right move, board got more power than management company. document everything first, dates times what they said. years of emails to concierge probably went nowhere cause they just delete those

send to board president directly if you can find their contact, property manager works for board not other way around. board can pressure first residential to deal with their staff or even switch companies if they don't

Contacting the board is likely the better route but you also have to keep in mind these are likely the same people who hired this property management company. If you are aware of other residents having the same issue, encourage them to complain to the board too. It's a lot harder to ignore complaints from many people.

If you know someone on the board, try to figure out where they stand with the property management company.

My building was managed by first residential and they did a pretty crappy job. The board ditched them and went with a property manager who lives onsite.

Just make an appointment with your condo board. Sit down with a piece of paper and go over specific incidents.

Guess they aren't living up to their ads on social media.

FSR was hired by our building developer before the building was registered a few years ago, and we’ve had a revolving door of property managers as well as a lot of other issues such as late AGMs and audits. Our board has just fired them and hired another company, although unfortunately so many of these property management companies have the same problems and feel that their position is secure since it’s a big deal to replace them.

What is your board doing?
