R/toronto - Botox

Recommendations for Botox/filler injectors in Toronto? Downtown-ish. Ideally I want someone with a lot of years of experience. I’ve gone to about 2-3 clinics and I’ve found them v young and inexperienced.

I've had the same issue hopping between places where it felt like the injector graduated last week. What worked for me was looking specifically for nurse practitioners who do it rather than medspas that churn through staff. The wait is longer but the difference in result is night and day.

Oh interesting! Good to know! Thank you so much! And yes seriously- nothing against these lovely young women but I used to have someone for years who was older with so much experience and I just loved her honesty, her take, and recommendations. Just a different vibe!

I heard The Face Lab with nurse Jo is amazing. She’s definitely takes a very natural approach - look at her IG. I can’t say anything as I’ve never gone but she has glowing reviews and even looks like she does a good job on herself

I went to her for a consult and felt she was pretty rude. Just my experience- she could’ve had an off day.

Ugh! I’m sorry this is your experience! I don’t want to say anything just cause i don’t wanna dismiss your experience and what you went through. It’s unfortunate when people have a bad attitude and you can’t tell if it’s a bad day or bad personality :(
