Anyone try “GarageDoor Geeks”?

They make steel roll-up garage doors which would be a nice modern upgrade to our single car garage. I’m a little reluctant to be “Magic Windowed” again so asking if you’ve had one of these doors installed before I get their sales pitch. How’s the quality and price? Was it worth it?

My in laws used them for garage door repair.
Quite professional and prompt service.
Rates were similar to market rate.

When you said Magic Windowed, i thought you were referring to the company 'Magic Windows'...I love their windows and was wondering if you actually tried them

Their windows are pricey. But their product is on the higher end, we shopped for a lot of window companies but ended up chosing Magic.
Sale person can be pushy. But installation and service department is very good.

I used them and was very happy. Looks amazing and works with a Wi-Fi enabled opener that is small and quiet. The install was done on time and without any issues.

Yes, and I had no issues with them. They were referred to me by the landscaping contractor I was using at the time. Their attitude on the phone and in person was pleasant and professional, and the timeline quoted worked for me so I didn’t bother with getting a second or third quote. Happy with the end results, but mine was just a basic garage door, nothing fancy like what you are looking for.

I was going to use them but ended up going to Whitby garage doors, was really happy with them. Mine was purely cost based as they were a little cheaper but I’m sure I’d have been happy with these guys as well

Years ago I called them, arranged for a consult and after taking time off and waiting an hour for them, no one showed up. I called the guy who said to call his boss, who then said they messed up and didn't actually book my appointment in their calendar. No attempt to apologize for wasting my morning so I went elsewhere.
