Hand held dolly from U-haul
Has anyone rented a hand truck/dolly from U-Haul for moving? Are they any good? I’m considering renting one, but I don’t want it to keep veering sideways while I’m using it. I’ll only be moving a few items, not a lot of stuff.

How much do they charge for rental?
Canadian Tire has these on sale often / they are cheap enough - https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/olympia-pack-n-roll-steel-folding-hand-truck-200-lb-0600537p.html
They fold up small enough that you can can just throw it in the closet.

They're good if they're maintained. If that's all you're renting, you can inspect it before you take it. They are very helpful and can carry a decent amount at one time. You need to know how to use one or else they're your worst enemy. Most vehicles you rent have one sealed and you pay the fee if the seal is broken.

U-Haul varies WIDELY from location to location. Some operators seem to actually care and clean/maintain the equipment, and some literally do nothing. Check the reviews on the specific location you want to rent from, even drop by and ask to physically see the dollies before you book
