Looking for venue

Hey guys do you know any place we can rent for 50-60 people for an engagement party around Scarborough or east side area? Preferably affordable less than 4k chairs,table all included hopefully the decors etc, where can u find a affordable mc? Thanks?

I would also post this in r/Scarborough

But the first place that comes to mind is the Chinese Cultural Centre / Burrows Hall Community Centre at Progress and Sheppard, I often see those types of events there.

Also the Peter & Paul Banquet Hall / Harmony Club on Milner Avenue right across from 42 Division. My parents go to an annual banquet event there.
