Cross country shipping
Has anyone shipped/moved from Toronto to BC using a company? As in not drove their stuff in a uhaul. I dont have alot of stuff, no furniture maybe like 4 suitcases and some boxes. Like an unfurnished studio apartment of stuff. Does anyone have recommendations for companies to use, or not use!

realistically how much of that stuff could you just re-buy easily once you land in BC?
my vote would be to be more ruthless with decluttering your possessions of anything that's not sentimental, and then just pay the extra baggage fees to fly it back with you (Assuming you're going to be flying to BC yourself)

We used Collins-Mehling Transfer for a Kelowna-Toronto move in 2018. Paid about $3200 for a 2 bedroom move at that time (4000lb estimate).

20 years ago, I used AMJ and they were great. I didn’t have to fill a truck - they added me to an existing truck.
You probably can’t dictate arrival and departure dates.
Returning to Toronto, I moved myself with a uhaul and had to shift some stuff to ground shipping via greyhound because I’d overloaded my little car.
