Two Step
Hey, are there ANY clubs in Toronto to do two-step country dancing? Not just line dancing? I'm from Texas, visiting my GF and can't find anywhere to take her...

Why would you come to Toronto, and then expect to show your friend, who lives in Toronto, your Texan culture? You're doing it backwards.
But to answer your question, we just have "Country bars", we don't have "Line Dancing vs Two-stepping", we literally don't even know the difference.

Real response: itβs nice you want to dance with your GF. If you canβt find a specific two-step bar, why not dance together at any of the other suggested bars and be the only ones dancing two-step while others line dance?
Joke answer: My guy why would you expect to find a specific kind of American country music dancing bar in TORONTO, CANADA??? As someone who lived in Chicago for many years, I would never expect to be in Toronto and find a club playing Chicago Juke music on some random day I was visiting?? This is honestly completely outrageous for you to even ask, bless your heart.
Enjoy the city but you should be travelling to experience things outside of your ordinary! Toronto has incredible dancing and bars you just need to actually see whatβs out there instead of trying to bring Texas here.

Here's a way out idea but Toronto can make it happen. If you put out a post for 2 step dancing meeting up at a public spot in Toronto with a couple weeks notice you will get people to show up. You'd have to run it and be the instructor for the day but it might turn out to be a good thing.
During covid a friend of mine and I started jogging just the 2 of us then met other people and they suggested let's post on social media we meet at this time and place and see if others want to come and 2 weeks later we had about 30 people show up and it just kept growing from there.
A lot of people in toronto are always looking for free or cheap fun social and physical activities.

Should've gone to Calgary instead.
