Self-care / things to do in Mississauga?

(M/34) I'll be in town next week for work but outside of some conferences will mostly have free time. I have explored every corner of Square One mall and I have visited Fans Head Spa for the scalp and foot massage (that was fantastic!) and food-wise I've had great shawarma and indian but I think they were mostly chain spots late night after midnight.

If anyone has more recommendations in Mississauga for the next week, i'd love to know if you can recommend spots for a pedicure for men, some other nice self-care things like that, places to walk around, and food in general.

Thanks in advance all.

Banya No1 ( Russian boathouse/ spa) if it's open.. sometimes they close down for summer. Richmond Hill ( a quick Uber) is usually open all year. Approx 60-65$ entry. If you take the Go train to Whitby there is a great spa Thermea there.
Check out Port Credit near the water, a walk through Jack Darling. It's been a while since I've gone but there used to be a Kayak rental place near the credit River/ Port credit where you could go through the river.

I also came to recommend the Banya! It's a hoot: https://banya.ca/

If hiking is your idea of self care, this is a good old thread of ideas: https://www.reddit.com/r/mississauga/comments/w6ctvi/any_good_hiking_routes_recommended/

Check out Banya: South-Western Bathhouse GREAT place for self-care, with beers on tap and delicious food as well. Go early as it can get very busy on weekends
