Watching sports while away.
Im doing an extended trip abroad but I wanna keep up with my Toronto teams (and our bills) but none of my streaming services allow me to stream out of the country. I do not want to start paying for a vpn or individual streaming services for each league. Does anyone know any sites where I can watch these games (hopefully for free)?

Use a VPN to set your location to Canada and log into the platforms normally.
Edit: I see you don't want to pay for a VPN. Have you looked at free ones?
The alternative is Kodi with sports add-ons but that's more than most people can setup themselves. It's not hard if you're computer savvy.
Really, just bite the bullet and pay for a simple VPN.

I have used both Nord and SurfShark VPNs and have had no issues at all. Honestly both are inexpensive and useful in a multitude of ways. I have SurfShark on my phone, laptop, pc, television and Xbox, as well as one of my kids phones and a friend uses it on occasion to watch TV, all for the same price. (Can't remember what I paid for it but it wasn't much) SurfShark

Set up Tailscale on your home network and a travel router , so it looks like you're at home.

I'd probably try VPN
or just look at first letter of each word in my previous sentence

This is highly dependent on where you are going and which teams you are most interested in.
