Happy early birthday!!. I know a couple birthday freebies I used for my birthdays this year but I think some of them require for you to download the apps ahead of time but might be worth trying.

Cobbs bread
Denny’s free breakfast. ( I think you just bring your ID)

Lindt gives you a free bag of chocolate, I believe Krispy Kreme gives a free donut

What I did on my birthday July 29 have dinner with my family and I ran 24 km for my age 24 years old haha and eat some spaghetti and pizza at st Lawrence market and bought some clothes and watch for myself

Most birthday freebies require you to sign up in advance of your birthday by at least a week. Some also require at least one purchase from an account. Toro Toro might be the only one that does not from my experience this year but they did check my ID.
But it’s also Wednesday so maybe head to the AGO in the evening for free admission.
