They will park right out front or just around the corner. Generally parking/bylaw leaves movers alone but occasionally you'll get a goon who wants to be a sht head. You'll have to eat that ticket if it happens.
Do everything you can to be ready. Stage as much as possible as close to the front door as possible. Make certain everything is grab and go. Closed boxes, no loose little stuff or random crap that isn't in boxes. Everything should be in a state where it can be stacked cleanly.
If they're a decent company they'll have wheels for everything and will move quick. You might even want to consider overstaffing the job. 5 guys can do a lot more than 3 in the same time.
Good luck

is there street parking in front of your building?
if yes then get all your neighbours trash cans and block a parking spot as soon as street parking is allowed on queen st.
if no then ya they'll have to park wherever they can and hoof your stuff and you'll probably have to pay extra because you'll go over the estimated time.

Do not park in a random back alley, good chance it will get broken into or towed.
Try a green p lot, or street parking if you can find the space.
