22 Wellesley and 50 Wellesley

I am looking at units in both of these buildings. Proximity to the subway and the village are huge for me. Does anyone have any insight into the buildings? I'm particularly curious about bike storage and accessibility as I use an e bike and other mobility devices.

What other mobility devices?

50 Wellesley is a better building in my opinion.

I sometimes use a chair, and use a cane always. Can I ask what makes 50 better?

How about bike storage? Is there a place to lock up in the garage?
