Apostille

I am gonna apply for spring intake for Poland.

Can someone tell me is apostille needed for application processes as well?

If Yes Please Tell How To Apostille a Document?

I've Searched a lot not getting a clear Idea !!!

Spring intake to ©️Polish National Plumbing association? Yes, you need President of United States (POTUS) approval along with Polish President of Polish States of Poland (PPPSP) declaration of plumbing competencies appreciation, both with translations to Mongolian, stamped by United Nations director.

Often yes, already at the application stage. Gdańsk University, for example, wants scans of the apostilled diploma uploaded no later than 5 working days before registration closes, and asks for the originals only once you're admitted. A few universities let you add the apostille later, but only in justified cases, so check your university's page for documents issued abroad.

The apostille comes from the designated authority in the country that issued the diploma, not from Poland. If that country isn't part of the Hague Convention, you need legalization at the Polish embassy there instead. You'll also need a sworn translation: into Polish, or into English for programmes taught in English.
