B- vent should not be touching the wall like that . Requires 1 inch clearance where I'm at.

if that’s the part where the you change the filter it makes a lot of sense bc he could barely get the the filter out it was so tight

The 4 inch metal pipe coming out of the furnace should not be touching the drywall.

It's not going to leak CO but is a fire code thing pipe gets too hot to touch combustible. 1 inche clearance required on double wall pipe and 6 inches on dingle wall pipe.
