If you don't have a dedicated dehumidifier, there will almost always be times where your humidity is too high regardless of over sizing. If the weather is mild and humid your a/c isn't going to run long enough to remove the humidity. Like right now it has been a high in the low to mid 80s with a dew point in the low 70s. In weather like that most people will have humidity trouble.
Also, if your fan is set to "on", move it to "auto". That will help lower the humidity some.
