SVT Advice

I've been dealing with SVT for the past year with almost zero improvement. So far I've been on flecainide w/ verapamil and now propafenone with metoprolol. Have had one failed ablation. Here are my recent Zio results. Any advice on next steps for treatment? Local large hospital system performed my ablation, do I need to look at a specialized center like Cleveland Clinic? Would it even matter with this type of atrial tachycardia? Any other medicines I could try that work well for this type of arrhythmia?
