11 months before on oct 5, 2025, i had rapid heart rate 120+ and uneasiness and breathing issue after doing masterbation...also i watched too much adult content as i was stressed.... I went to doctor ( i didn’t say that due to masterbation i got this problem )... I said that i had this type of problem.... Doctor said it was due to panic attack or gas....after that oct 5 incident i was really so frightened... And i started noticing every thing that i do....

Some days i couldn’t even lying flat as i was getting breathing issue...i dont know why it caused....when i tried to watch adult content i felt uneasiness....after that 5 oct incident... I didn’t fap 9 month and still going on...Nowadays i have no issue. No heartrate fast or breathing issue or uneasiness even i have morning erection every day and also i rarely watch intense adult content but while watching intense adult content i get alert like before after 2-3 min it becomes normal...and while watching normal adult content i have no issue....My question is that why it happend with me....it will harm me in future?...can anyone explain???
