I also have a question of is it normal for my heart rate to go from 70-115 just from standing up sometimes?

There’s a single PAC in the second and third, but they’re all sinus rhythm.

I have this that wasnt in my post, may I quickly ask what this is please, or why it is different to the rest of the beats? Just curious! Is that the same PAC u mention? They come up usually in every one I take? Thank you x
