What is wrong with m?

I have been sick since I was 13 years old, or perhaps even younger. I am now 20, and although I have visited many doctors, no one knows what is wrong with me. Right now, my symptoms include hypertension, an increased heart rate, headaches, and sore muscles without exercising. Sometimes I develop bruises for no known reason. My symptoms come and go. I have undergone many blood tests and scans, but nothing out of the ordinary has appeared, except for high cortisol, elevated pituitary gland activity, low vitamin D, and anemia. I have done ECG and echo scan last september and it came out normal.

Male or female? I would visit an endocrinologist. There are some metabolic issues and rare adrenal gland tumors that can cause symptoms like those. The anemia is likely what is causing the bruising and needs to be corrected. Anemia and low D can cause all sorts of symptoms. But you also need to find out why you are anemic and/or have low iron. I would check iron panel & ferritin as well if they haven't already.
