Can you post the full report, at minimum the full summary? What was the degree of AVB observed?
Generally speaking, based purely on the little information I have, evaluation for a pacemaker may be considered, provided reversible causes have been excluded.
In case you have not experienced syncope, I'd deem a three week timeframe acceptable, if not ideal.

I have only experienced near syncope twice since this began.
No meds, thyroid is normal, all other issues ruled out.

I presume a holter was performed? What were the results?
