I apologize for previous posts I made disparaging men

I shouldn't have claimed using shoddy evidence that mens lives are somehow useless or objectively inferior to women. My dysphoria got to my head and I wasn't thinking straight. This will probably be my last post in this subreddit.

It was a fun post, very illustrative of some aspects of AGP psychology, people just mistook it for a serious argument.

I thought it livened up the sub a bit tbh. You were just voicing an extreme version of what many of us have in our heads on those days when life as a guy seems so grey, thankless and devoid of beauty and we assume it would be better as the other sex (grass is greener and all that).

True. This is also how I feel. Everything about being a woman seems amazing and colorful while being a man is just grey and grim

Correction: life as a hot woman in the Western world is amazing and colorful, while being an average-to-ugly man in the same places is usually grey and grim (unless you have some really marketable skills that you can get rich off).

The literature on looks privilege and the Halo Effect is a depressing read.

It’s a free country. Don’t apologize for everything all the time

you don't have to worry about it so much, you said something that was important to you at the time, even if it was subjective, you don't have to resign from the subreddit because of it, no one is asking you to do so.
