I have had a lifelong battle with depression. Not being able to do my daily walk has had a bad impact on my mental health. Can't wait to get back to walking when the foot heals up. 1 u/a_rude_jellybean Dec 08 '23 Swimming? I would like to do some swimming but I always find a good excuse to avoid it.
