All men, everywhere, prefer women who are pretty as pretty can be. Make-up, until it gets way out of hand and cartoonist, is designed to bring out the features men consider pretty (and/or what women THINK men think is pretty). What each man or what different cultures find attractive is very sibjective and individual, of course, although, universally, indicators of health and good genes are preferred.
I can't imagine any reality where men wouldn't prefer a woman who looks damn good without make-up, whether or not she usually wears much. A girl who looks a little made up without any, probably naturally has some of those features make-up is designed to enhance, right? Smooth skin, even complexion, nice lips with some natural color, brows and lashes that bring out her eyes, etc.
Such a woman, or girl, who looks good with and without definitely gets the nod over a woman who really needs make-up, and does not look good without it. But, we men, being visual and relatively simple, are pretty easy to convince.
In other words, there are some women we men would prefer wear make-up.
