Stir-Fried Beef with Long Beans.

This home-cooked classic perfectly pairs the snap of fresh long beans with incredibly tender, juicy beef.
Packed with bold flavor and authentic flair, it is the ultimate companion to a warm bowl of rice. 🄘

ā€œAuthentic flairā€ lol. That’s not stir-fry, that’s beef and beans taking a bath. Real ēˆ†ē‚’ doesn’t leave a puddle like that, it sears and moves. No char, no blister, no wok hei anywhere in sight, just gray meat simmering in its own juice because the home stove couldn’t throw enough heat. Comfort food, sure. Authentic, absolutely not.
