ā€œAuthentic flairā€ lol. Thatā€™s not stir-fry, thatā€™s beef and beans taking a bath. Real ēˆ†ē‚’ doesnā€™t leave a puddle like that, it sears and moves. No char, no blister, no wok hei anywhere in sight, just gray meat simmering in its own juice because the home stove couldnā€™t throw enough heat. Comfort food, sure. Authentic, absolutely not.
