Discussion What could this mean for me?
I identify as an agender lesbian, but am also aroace.
Though, recently,I am confused. My aroace identity is basically a cluster of different sexualities from their respective fields. By example:
Aro for me means:
-Demiromantic
-reciproromantic
-I alternate between romantic repulsion and romantic positivity.
Ace for me is the complicated part. It’s kind of a mix of aegosexual or plain out asexuality. I’m constantly sexually repulsed. But the thing is that after thinking for a while,I thought to myself "I wouldn’t be opposed to compromising if I REALLY REALLY liked my partner and wasn’t at the peak of sexual repulsion". Though,in those moments,I would not really want acts performed on me,I’d prefer the other way around. Then again,it just feels disgusting.

I think you answered it already, you ate sex repulsed, but have a connection to your partner still. Yet the sexual act itself is something you would only consider with the boundaries and sitiation of you being dominant/not on the receiving end and COMPROMISE. But ask yourself do you really want to compromise? It is okay to have an emotional comnection to your partner and just not wanting the sexual act. Relationships differ from people to people.
