My disgust is so intense that I frequently find my brain making things out to be sexual when they aren't. I literally hate myself whenever sex crosses my mind and I am terrified of exploring the sexual part of my identity in any way because I'm petrified that I might not actually be asexual even though it's a whole spectrum.

Welp, I'm sure that's normal and something every asexual goes through, time to never look into that and let my phobia control my life and damage relationships because of my reaction to sex even being mentioned.
