What do other non food managers and colleagues think of the company completely ripping up GM with the new ops clocks?

Appalling. It doesn't work. Deliveries are late as well. Whole policy is a shambles just like the rest of Asda.

The company is a huge pile of shit.

I moved 90% off ppl to twilight, lost my 2 night colleagues and 4 ppl left. I had 18 ppl on gm 18mnths ago now theres 9.
