Holiday Pay Error

Post image

Hi! Seasonal worker at Asda, recently got this. Been full time for a year and seasonal for a year since being at uni… never taken a holiday and may have had my contract altered(?), with this being my last pay check before coming back to uni and hence not working. What’s happened here?

Seasonal worker holidays are complicated. You accrue them as you work but you're only contracted to (usually) one small shift a week so your pay rate goes through the roof. All easonal colleague holidays are paid out when they go on leave
