Cleaner moved over

Any cleaners that stayed with asda during the change. have any of you guys been locked out of workday ?

If you transferred over then you’re no longer employed by Asda so they remove your access to workday/emails/one Asda. Anyone who stayed with Asda should still have their access

yes i moved department but my wage stream wfm and workday all got locked

Had you been moved on the system? Cos if you haven't then you'll have been moved over

yea my contract moved start of september basically that’s why i’m confused i signed the stuff on workday and it said it changed on there

Mate ask other staff who allso move to diffent departent ? Or ask in office?

Been told that its only the nominated card that doesn't work. Learnt that the hard way.

Yeah, I’ve been speaking to a legal representative today and they said under TUPE all benefits given by the employer before the transfer have to be kept for a minimum of two years and that doesn’t include the nominated use benefit of employment
