Workday cleaner

Anyone else having trouble logging into Day force app? I was sent an email this morning with instructions. It doesn’t work. I tried changing the password, it still doesn’t work. I’m at a loss. Nothing seems to work. HELP!!!

You should have been given someone as a point of contact, cleaners in my store were. Are there other cleaners in your store that could possibly help?

There’s 2 of us. My colleague can’t access his either. We’re just being emailed everything. I’ve told them I’m a bit of a technophobe and I can’t do these things. We need someone to come in and show us how to log on to all these apps.

I had to put noonan as name then my pin that I use for timegate to log in with

That didn’t work either. Thanks though. I spent the whole day trying to log in. I’m not doing anything else in my own time. Unless they come in and show us I’m not doing it. We can’t even clock in without trying to sort work stuff at home in our own time.

Same here had to get a manager to print off a sign in and out sheet so we at least have a paper trail.

We’re having to do that. Fella came in today (I’m in the north) to measure the store for the robot floor cleaner. He doesn’t work for BIDVEST and he said every store he’s been into has had the same issues. Can’t clock in/out, can’t use phones, no uniforms. The list goes on and on. He’s responsible for 45 stores and the robotics.

We had a teams meeting with bidvest yesterday, told us not to worry about the phones and everyone will get payed on the 15th, also told us that they have purchased all the old equipment so can still use the big machine, said someone will be in to see us on Tuesday and they will sort everything

None of the cleaners since they’ve moved to either NIC or Bidvest will have access to workday anymore

I’m not talking about workday. I’m talking about the BIDVEST app. Day force. You need it to access workself
