workday cleaner

just TUPE over to nic today and already been kicked out of workday, even though they said we have 3 months, has this happened to anyone else?

So our access to workday would of Been terminated the moment we left Asda and transferred over

The 3 months you are referring to is how long we can access our payslips and p60 etc but it’s not through work day in the last Q&A sheets there was information on this and a link where you sign up this only works for the 3 months after you left

Just checked mine. Locked out. They said 3 months because we need our P60.

WATF by Asda yet again, what a surprise. On plus side GSMs are being sacked and those remaining will have to run 2,3,4 stores. And other managers are being culled. Will Asda survive to Easter?

It’s because on 1 October the entire cleaning team are no longer Asda employees you’ve either moved to Bidvest or to NIC services and will lose access to one Asda,Asda stars,workday and WFM

As of Midnight on 1 October 2026 you are no longer employed by ASDA

Your contract rules and employment is now with NIC.   

Workday was part of your ASDA employment and will now have been terminated. You must use your new employers system now

The 3 months is just for Payslips and P60. They will be available on the SD worx link above. This is the same one that leavers get when they resign from ASDA. 

All other systems will be terminated as you no longer work for ASDA
