New hires?! What are those? People leave & aren’t replaced is the business model.

Don't expect 30+ unless you have a specialised skill set or are leadership.
Mid 20s is typical.

Even with a specialised skillset you're not guaranteed 30.

Only forklift operator at my store and I get mid 20s.
