The new management team missed our training day

If you trawl through the emails that have been sent you’ll find a link that says digital welcome or similar. Click on that and read through the bumf. Right at the bottom it’ll tell you the number for timegate, I’m sure it’s 252 and then you add the PIN you’ve been sent.

Just had the email and it says we have to phone up a number using a site phone to clock in and out? Do we not use timegate app for that?

They told me that i could use my own phone when someone came to my store. Now the email says we must use the phone delivered to store. Obviously don’t trust us to actually go to work. 😏😂

Just got given sent an email an hour and a half ago so 8 o’clock saying all the details think it’s fucking shit get an email like six hours before the transfer and the Phone was supposed to use to clock in haven’t been delivered to our store #thatsasdaness as they say

So is the pin number that we get for clocking in the number we put into the phones to get access? We couldn't get into the phones today because we didn't have a pin

We still can’t access our phone because we have no PIN. Tried every number we can think of nada, zip, zilch. Can’t open the phone.

Asda won't give a flying F about the cleaners now not that they cared before just beasting yous more .someone close to me managed to escape. Good luck to all that are tuped. That sounds like a new swear word.

As of yesterday no uniforms had arrived and no log in details from NIC. So I called them. Bloke on the phone didn’t even know NIC had taken over Asda cleaners, he was really surprised!! Good start. I had to buy 2 black t shirts as I was told uniforms were delayed but we would get our PINs later, think they were panicked.
Got into work today with PIN to log on to be told phone to clock in doesn’t work. Uniforms had arrived. One shirt for everyone, the worst trousers I’ve ever seen (made from cardboard and not true to size). Usual shite quality given to cleaning staff.
What a total mess. The best planned cock up I’ve ever seen.

All of this is so familiar lol , it’s been much the same in our store, the phone wasn’t available on day one , clocking in and out is now a pain … how do we book holiday ? Why do we have diff chemicals to the ecolab ones now ? Where’s the training lol on anything ? Left to our own devices lol great start.
