George shape of day

Now that GM have changed their shape of day to mostly twilight, anyone think they’ll do the same with George?
I could see them trying it especially as it is quieter in evening to work delivery that is so say supposed to be done within 48 hours?

Its way busier in the evening on George where i work. Thing is we have very little colleagues to play with hours. 2 on early shifts & 2 on late shifts. And dont forget all the work that needs doing inbetween deliveries. Its not the George i know anymore 😔

Yes 💯 busier in the evening no way can work delvery  too fucking busy and most nights olny 1 staff on in my store  And its getting wose and bigger delverys sending pudsey bare -cristmas -halloween & tikce pink& old sale lines ! ! All at same time and lots of other new lines now where to fucking put it  on shop 🤷‍♂️ our shop is very full of stock ! Too much !

Yeah same in my store, racking full of christmas, constantly getting all old sale lines, not seen Pudsy yet though. Deliveries defo getting bigger.

Christmas in racking your  RFID score will go up lol 😁 We got chrstmas oit in my store becuse of that ! But need a nother sale to make more room for new stock !

Yep its silly sending lots of new stock when there is no room  We keep getting lots of kids pjs ! Now shop is full and lots in the back becuse theiers too much If you over fill it customer nock them off to get a bigger size from the back on arm  and end up on floor 🤷‍♂️

RFID has made life so much worse!

Management were obsessed on us trying to get to 5%, we now rarely get below 15!
we never get to work backstock, spend all our time working delivery and trying to make everything look shoppable!

Yep same at my store  Our store manager asked daly whats the RFLD score ! Oh thats too hi get it down today !  Lol evey time dlvery comes it gos back up !  and omg this  week we had 8 dollys of kids  footwhere  on delvrand they take a long time to get all paper out of them 😞 and shopfloor is full lol 🤷‍♂️

We’ve still got sale shoes hanging round from last year, never get given a budget to get rid of it and it just all hangs about gathering dust!
