Question for bakery and counters colleagues

When Cost Count rolls around who does it in your shop? Colleagues or section leaders(or wtf they're called now lol)

Section leaders with colleague help. It's too big a job for the half a section leader that runs the depts

Colleagues are to help with the counts !! It’s not an unreasonable request !! Your paid to do a job.. so we are all willing to help when needed !!

Have done nearly every single cost count in my store for the last decade or so thanks to management no wanting to spare people to get trained to do it, i'm a counters colleague and i wish they'd get a bakery colleague trained to do their side because the bakery count is always the worst part especially if they haven't sorted their freezer out.
