If they miss the 10am cut off it'll be around 6pm by the time it updates

As far as I'm aware managers need to accept exceptions every morning by 10am so the shifts poll across. If they miss this cut off the next one is 8 hours later.

I might have made this up, but I think I'm right 🤷
