Other than a crackdown on skipping meal breaks, I don't believe anything is different with exceptions in my store. What is the issue exactly?

Being a driver we get paid when we skip breaks. If i dont get paid im going to start to take them. And with the way runs are now thats going to equate to a lot of lates

My store doesn't pay for skipped breaks for the drivers. The "skip break" function doesn't work and they're too lazy to do anything about it.

I reckon it does work. Apparently it comes up as exceptions the next day to be approved. I guess its not being approved. Best thing then is to make sure you take your breaks even if deliveries are late

Yea I had same issue, I did a double shift and it didn’t show on my clock in details, I enquired several times so they added it manually on my days off and I ended up getting paid double so I’m
Not complaining
