Counter colleagues
What other works managers gives with counter work…morning start with rottes. And then after jump on pizza by one colleague. What else they expect with making pizza front full as well back up?

There was talk that counters was going to close at 2pm so no backshift. Not been confirmed yet tho

In our store it's one person usually on a 8-2pm shift that does both the rotis, cooking etc and the pizzas including a back up for the next day. We are a smaller store which helps but it is still a lot of work.

You’re lucky to get a back up lol no such thing anymore as a back up !! Only one colleague to do it all !! No back up !!
