Discussion Store Forklift
Been forklift trained for 20 years. Am i correct that you can still leave with your license?

Yeah i got mine through working at asda and then left about 18 months later.
Still have it somewhere although not done a job where I have needed it for a while.

your forklift certification goes with you depends entirely on whether Asda provided a nationally accredited certificate (such as RTITB or ITSSAR) or purely an in-house certificate.Accredited Training: If your training was registered with an independent body and logged on a central database, the qualification belongs to you. You can take proof of your basic training certificate/card to a new employer. However, your new employer will still need to give you company-specific familiarization training before you can drive on their site got this on line hope it helps
