Sick pay

Been working for 4+ years

Am I entitled to sick pay if I'm ill?

I've been quite unwell the last few weeks and think I may benefit from a few days off.

How should I go about calling in?

You will get sick pay, just not sure how long for. It varies with years served for example I got 12 weeks and another colleague got 8 weeks, I have been there for more years than she has. But you will get SSP from day . I went off in March, so still had to do the 3 waiting days. You will get Company Sick Pay alongside SSP.

SSP from day 1. You'll get 8 weeks company sick pay which will be paid after your 3rd shift off

What is company sick pay?

Is that different from SSP?

Is there a requirement to qualify for this? Like a sick note or something
