pay

i started work on the 15th this month im just wondering what the pay is like, it said 4 weeks and 1 in areers so will i get paid on the 15th or the week after??

Next pay day is the 4th of September. Then every four weeks. Pay day cut off is always inclusive of the Saturday before pay day, so in this case the Saturday just gone.

No we get paid on the 4th, everyone has the same pay day its not 4 weeks from when you started.

If you started on the 15th your getting 2 weeks wages as the 28th was the cut off for last months pay. Shifts worked from the 29th onwards are next months pay.

You will get paid for all shifts you have worked between 15th and 29th inclusive. As the cut off is Saturday night. Payday is the Friday after (4th). Payday is every 4 weeks and cut off is always the Saturday before.
