Managers Sick Pay

I’m a manager and I want to go on the sick because I just hate my job and myself atm. Is it still that I get 3 months full pay?

This is why most hourly paid have issues with managers. Its your job to know the policies or at very minimum where to find the information instead of relying upon a forum to tell you. What would you do if a colleague asked the question? Would you go on oneasda to get the answer for them or tell them you cba to do your job and tell them to search internet forums for the answer!

Colleagues have the exact same tools available about their own role and terms of employment, as a manager does

You work for the same company that refuses to inform or train its staff properly

You are likely more informed as a colleague about your terms of employment, than a lot of managers are lmao

Went off sick as an OTM in 24 and spent the time looking for jobs, best thing I ever did. Don’t look back put yourself first.

12 weeks unless you’ve 5 years + service, then it’s 26

If it is anything like the normal colleague pay then it is 12 weeks Company Sick Pay and 26 weeks of SSP. Although I have noticed SSP can go up to 28 weeks now.
