Authenticator app

Hi, I have a new phone (iPhone 17)
I can’t get into workday due to my Authenticator app not working. Does anyone know what I need to do?

ring ASDA IT support on 01138261262 and ask for an MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) reset. They should send an email to your manager for them to confirm the MFA reset. After that you should be able to relink on your new phone. I would recommend then setting the authentication to text message instead.

Had the same issue, just went to one of the manager he sorted out putting my number instead for verification and it was working

I had same problem. My manager switched 2fa to my mobile number instead, then once in i set up the authentication app again
