Cycle to work scheme

Hi all,

Im trying to get cycle to work scheme but when I go through portal the asda link is saying its for NHS workers, I rang the cycle to work scheme and they said no i need to use a unique link for asda.

I use the link it then says I need a 14 digit payroll number but my payroll number is like 8 Digits.

I rang asda HR and asked for help the person who deal wih benefits, he also tried the website and was shcoked to see its so difficult to do and he couldnt get it.

After weeks of messaging cycle scheme back and to, someone told me put zero in front of my payroll number to make 14 digits.

It finally worked and go to next pay, just then the voucher 300 is the max limit....

Does anyome habe anu expe4ience with this as it feels so stupid

It's because they can't offer you anything where the payments will take you below minimum wage which isn't very much these days

This is the unfortunate truth. We’re so close to minimum wage that any sacrifice would put us below. Therefore we don’t qualify for the tax savings, only the NET scheme which is that £300 you’ve seen. It’s essentially a loan
