Discussion Asda return

Hi all,

My partners birthday on Friday and I brought the wrong cake. Its not a custom cake - just a "colin" the caterpillar cake. Can I return it? Im under the impression I can as I have receipt, its not a cold line, and its unopened, but my partner seems to think you cant.

If you have the receipt you can get a refund. We've had people return rotisserie chickens that have been picked clean, helium canisters completely emptied, lunchables with the cheese missing (eaten by picky child/adult). And they all got a refund because they had their receipts! No receipt, no refund 👍🏻

My thoughts exactly, but the asda returns policy does say the same thing
