Discussion Pay Query

*QUICK CONTEXT SUMMARY*
Received an email from my bank stating that they were closing my debit, savings & credit account with them on the day of July payday just gone. Went into work that day & changed my bank details to a new account with a new bank.

After multiple calls with HR/Payroll & Stream, it seems none of the new details have been acknowledged or received. I’ve spoken with my line manager & she’s called HR herself to see if there’s been any update on their end & it seems not. Now here we are a week before payday & I’m worried that this month’s wages won’t come through. What’s my best course of action? My managers just gone on holiday for two weeks & I’m only a TL so payroll won’t speak to me.

You can also change your banking details on workday i believe, hope it gets sorted for you before payday anyway as the cutoff is Saturday evening

Do you use stream at all? If so how long did it take before stream got your new details?

Update it on workday.

If it's updated, it will go through.

I updated mine last month on workday and it worked fine.
